We had multiple offers within the first 24 hours. The first offer fell through due to the appraisal coming in low. I was ready to move and told Morgan to accept it. She shared her opinion with me and guided me in the right direction. I followed her advice and put my home back on the market. Within 24 hours we accepted a full price offer. This time we did not have any issue with the appraisal. Her knowledge and intuition helped me keep the $20,000 I was about to lose by accepting the low appraisal of the first offer.
